Mosaic Free-For-All

Wednesday Evenings, from 6-9 pm
September 13-October 18
$300, including materials

Open to all levels.

The possibilities are endless in this 6-week class! Bring your ideas and get the instruction and materials you’ll need to turn them into reality. Or come with an open mind and be prepared to be inspired! Choose from projects such as: a mosaic to hang in your living room, a mirror frame, a sign for your office or child’s room, a house number for your porch, or another project of your choice. This class will celebrate the diversity of styles and applications that mosaics offer. You’ll work with a variety of materials, including stained glass, broken pottery, tiles, stones and found objects, and you’ll learn the use of hand tools to cut them into pieces. You’ll learn how to create patterns, designs and pictures from these pieces, or take your skills to the next level.

Have an idea for a project but want to talk to me about it first? Contact me.

Space is very limited, sign up today!

This class is full. Please contact me to be added to the wait list.

Testimonials from Students

“Christine is not just an incredibly talented artist, she’s an incredible teacher. I’ve never thought of myself as artistic, but Christine creates a supportive, encouraging environment for all of her students and she helped me tap my creativity in new ways. When the course started, I was hesitant about design, nervous about choosing the colors. By the end, I came away with a beautiful table top mosaic and a lot more artistic confidence. In fact, I’m about to start making mosaics in my own workshop at home.  So if you’re thinking about taking a mosaic course with Christine, here’s my advice: just stop thinking and sign up…now. It’s so much fun.” -L.S. Easthampton, MA

“I learned much more than I ever expected. Not only about mosaics, but about my creative abilities.   I went into the class thinking I had none, but you pushed me to think outside the box and develop some creativity.”  -K.G. Florence, MA

“I wanted to try mosaics for some time but that judging voice about not being an “artist” held me back.  I finally decided to take the leap and try a class with Christine.  The way she guides her classes with the perfect balance of instruction, guidance and positive feedback all while providing space for your own process allowed me to let go into the pleasure of creating without a peep from that judging voice.  I just completed my third class with her and not only do I like my pieces, but I plan on going back for more!”
-V.B. Florence, MA
